Way back when, in the 1980s, our founder spent almost every weekend during the summer, fishing for bass in Chase Lake with his father. Since then, a lot has changed around this area in general, so, of course, the landscape around Chase Lake has changed noticeably as well. One thing that hasn't changed, though, is that if you get out into the lily pads and start popping some frog lures (weedless hooks are a good idea), you're sure to get a stir out of the local bass population. This was a fun design to create, taking style cues from a circa 1941 sporting goods catalog. That 29¢ price point that you see? Yep, that's 1941 pricing!
