Selkirk Native - Woodland Caribou Outdoor Drawstring Bag
Selkirk Native - Woodland Caribou Outdoor Drawstring Bag
Along with the Grizzly Bear and Grey Wolf, the Woodland Caribou has always called the Selkirk Mountains its home. In fact, until 2019 the Southern Selkirk Mountains of North Idaho and NE Washington had always held a continuous, indigenous population of all three species. Sadly, being a high stress animal; climate change, logging, backcountry motorized recreation and natural predation have finally taken their toll on this Selkirk icon. The last few native caribou were relocated north into British Columbia, and integrated in with the Arrow Lakes herd. The majestic caribou of the Priest Lake Selkirks may be gone; but to us, their legend lives on.
This drawstring bag is here to become a daily go-to choice that is both stylish and practical. On top of good looks, the broadcloth fabric makes each bag supremely soft to the touch.
